Fiskars approached Studio17 to develop a new range of garden tools that reinforced their position as market leaders in ergonomics, quality and longevity. 

Driven by careful, empirical research; Studio17 were fully immersed in the anthropology of peoples gardening behavior. 

By observing how different people grip, their stance and body movements, to testing numerous prototypes, Studio17 were able to define the key to better garden tools, 

Made using polished stainless steel, these tools deliver actual and perceived quality, Added weights within the handle control the centre of gravity, so it feels natural in the hand, and is not fatiging after long periods of use.
